If you do not start the test attempt, your purchased seat does not expire.
Once you have purchased the seat to register for the CanopyCredential assessment, you will receive one attempt to take the assessment(s). If you do not start the test attempt, your purchased seat does not expire. Once you start taking the assessment, your purchased seat is considered used; and you cannot resume your assessment unless your assessment is stopped due to technical issues.
If you are part of the institutional license, your employer or school may set a different deadline other than our default settings. Therefore, your seat may be deactivated by your institutional administrators if you do not meet the institutional requirements.
