Translated phrases underwent two rounds of human editing by qualified medical translators following the process outlined in ISO 18587:2017.

CanopySpeak Premium is built from a corpus of 5,000 frequently used medical phrases gathered and translated by a team of linguists, clinicians, and professional medical translators, with support from an NIH small business innovation award.

Initial translations were machine-generated then underwent two rounds of human editing by qualified medical translators with quality checks by a second reviewer following the process outlined in ISO 18587:2017 (Translation services — Post-editing of machine translation output).
