What to do if I don't receive the verification email?

A verification email will be sent to you once you have created your account in the CanopyLearn system. You will need to verify your email address before moving forward to the free trial, subscription purchase, or course learning. 

Common reasons why you might not have received the verification email may include the following:

  1. The verification email from info@canopyapps.com is in your spam folder.
  2. Your school or company domain email has a firewall that blocks all emails from @canopyapps.com.
  3. You or the administrators have already verified your email address.
